Plot[]

Karen won several tournments on Inverse Mars alongside Sacre To.[1]
Mahora Martial Arts Tournament Arc[]
Laszlo pointed out Karen and Sacre to Touta Konoe as two dangerous competitors with a history of multiple victories.[1]
Karen Da battled against Touta in the Rank A fights of the Mahora Martial Arts Tournament Preliminaries, with the two of them being evenly matched at first until Karen landed a counter punch on Touta's jaw to disorient him. Touta exchanged more blows with her and tried to get behind her with his Shundō but she anticipated his movements and agilely kicked him in the head. She followed up with a series of blows that knocked Touta back through the air. Karen rushed him with a number of Shadow Clones which shocked Touta and gave the real Karen the opening she needed to kick his head hard enough to sever the connection between it and his body. Touta collapsed to the ground, unable to move, giving Karen her victory and Touta recieved his first loss in the preliminaries.[2]
After Touta loses his match against Gloria Chief, Karen is one of the competitors to greet Touta and she notes that Touta still needs to find a secret weapon She invites Touta to come and visit her and Sacre To anytime before departing.[3]
Negi Springfield Arc[]
After their eight month training session with Dana Ananga Jagannatha, Touta and Kuroumaru Tokisaka challenge Karen Da and her partner Sacre To, and easily defeat them. After the battle both of them expressed amazement and surprise at Touta's progress and that he was trained by a witch.[5]
Karen Da was part of the crowd of onlookers who congratulated Touta and Kuroumaru on their victory over the Ogre and Meredith duo.[4]

She and her partner Sacre To were considered to be the most powerful martial arts duo in Rank S, however she was swiftly defeated by Touta Konoe and Kuroumaru Tokisaka after they had completed eight months of training with Dana Ananga Jagannatha.[6]
