Gloria Chief (グロリア・チーフ Guroria Chīfu?) is an A-Rank participant in the Mahora Martial Arts Tournament Preliminaries. He is from Nigeria and master of the martial arts called Dambe.[1]

After his eight month training session with Dana Ananga Jagannatha, Touta challenge Gloria at his first battle back at the tournament, and easily defeats him with a single punch. After the battle Gloria expressed amazement at Touta's growth in eight months.[2]
Powers and Abilities[]
Gloria Chief is described by Afro as a 'heavyweight fighter' who has managed to reach Rank A in the Mahora Martial Arts Tournament, and later he managed to attain Rank S.[1][3] He is a veteran fighter with fifteen wins and four losses by the time he faced Toua for their first battle.[4] Gloria defeated Touta in their first bout during the tournament with ease, however after being trained by Dana Ananga Jagannatha, Touta completely destroyed Gloria in their rematch with a single blow.[5][2]
Enhanced Strength: Gloria is strong enough to repel Touta's attacks with his bare hands and land a serious blow to Touta's head that could keep the immortal incapacited for at least ten seconds.[4]
Enhanced Speed: Gloria is fast enough to fast enough to keep up with Touta in combat, parrying his attacks and even being able to land a critical blow on Touta before he could react.[4]
Enhanced Durability: Gloria could successfully parry and withstand a barrage of blows from Touta who was wielding the Gravity Blade, with Touta considering him to be 'tough'.[4]
Martial Arts Expert: Gloria is a master of the ancient martial arts called Dambe. With his bare hands he could counter a skilled swordsman such as Touta.[1][4]
